Private Cremation
When you choose Private cremation, you will receive your pet's ashes back.

These ashes (or cremains) are returned
to you in a scatter box.

If you prefer, you can select a more permanent container such as a pewter urn, wooden urn, paw print or jewelry that will hold all or some of your pet's ashes.

If a more permanent keepsake is not requested, then ashes will be returned
to you in a scatter box

*If you want to bury your pet in your own
yard, but you don't have a large enough
space to do so, ask us about our
biodegradable bury pouches for ashes.
Communal Cremation
Communal cremation is when your pet is cremated with other pets. In this case,
the ashes cannot be returned to you.
Making this decision is no less respectful of the animal, and some people take comfort in knowing that their once
fun-loving and sociable pet will not
be 'alone' when it is cremated.
Since the cremation process is irreversible, and the type of cremation you choose is final, please be sure you are comfortable with the decision you make regarding type of cremation— suggested for those owners who will not require ashes to be returned.
Please see Keepsakes tab if you want a memento of your pet, such as a paw print or personalized plaque.
